Order Cancellation
If an order has been placed, but not shipped, we will cancel your order.
If your credit card was already charged, it will be
refunded. All cancellations must be e-mailed

Return Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with our products you may return them to us for refund within 7 days. Product that has been used in part or in whole will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We encourage you to return the shipments insured via UPS as we will not accept damaged returns. You must keep your receipt to prove returns. To insure proper credit all returns must have a "return confirmation #" which we will send upon

Form, via e-mail. Return freight must be paid by customer except for damaged goods.
We will send you
free samples upon request, prior to placing your
order to make sure that you are satisfied with our
product. A restock fee of 15% will be applied to all returns. No returns or exchanges accepted after 7 days, except
for defective merchandise.
Shipping and Taxes:
We offer Ground, 2-day Air, Next Day Air , Canada Standard and Worldwide Expedited shipping provided by UPS.
The price for shipping is based on weight of order and shipping address. You will be able to view shipping options and prices before submitting payment information. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. UPS Ground transit time is 2-4 business days for the East Coast, 3-4 business days for the mideast, 5-6 business days for the west coast. |
